they are with Vancouver in their
fight against the W. B. C. and
that they will boost the inde-

pendent tourney to’ be staged by
Vancouver from April
7th to 12th in every manner pos-
sible Hagar, who is making a
missionary tour of the northern
cities of Washington and several
of the big towns in California,
stopped off long enough in Se-
attle to have a heart to heart talk
with the bowling fraternity and,
according to a wire he dispatched
to “Father Bob” Cliburn, Seattle
will be represented by at least
seven teams and probably eight
at the tourfament, The Seattle
Associated Club will send two
fives and will make a big effort
to have three teams in attend-
ance. Emil Cook will send three
teams, while Renton and Ana-
cortes will each be represented
by one team.

The Seattle bowlers want
get out along with the Vancouver
ten pin smashers and form a new
association. They propose to do
away with the big prize list of-
fered by the W. B. C. and pay
real hard cash for prizes offered.
