London; May 12.— Calcutta and Delhi, Hindus and Mohammedans are openly ar- rayed, shoulder to shoulder, pledged to work against the sahibs for the regeneration of our common motherland.” The passage quoted is from a speech delivered at a recent congress of the All-Indian Moslem League, which has attracted pained at- tention in England and British India. Officials of the Indian government are heard to declare that unless something is done there may be a cataclysm, worse even than the terrible Sepoy mutiny. England's attitude to- ward the Turks is being used as a torch with which the Indian Mohammedans hope to light the fires of revolution, and it has all the signs of reaching fruition in deeds of desperation. “At Bombay, Road Work in Full Swing.
