The Economizer is to the stove what the con- trol lever isto the engine or automobile. Without control neither is efficient. With the Gurney Economizer it is possible to quickly vary the heat of the oven. Various foods require difierent temperatures. The Economizer keeps this desired temperature absolutely uniform. It also means that when cooking is over, you may have a cool kitchen and still have r fire oing -- while you can have the fiercest heat ina ew minutes by a slight pressure on the lever. Ifyou possess a Gurney-Oxford your advantages are innumerable. The Divided Flue means heat for every hole on the stove. The New Special Grate guards the lowest fire. The Broiler exposes every inch of the coals. ‘ These features are exclusively ‘‘Gurney-Ox- ord.” It will furnish your kitchen handsomely — it will do your work adequately.
