Pen- dray, head of the Morth America Paint Go., was killed in his fac- tory here today when a huge tank of water fell on him, crushing him to death. By a strange coincidence a son of Mr. Pendray a few years ago was crushed to death by the over- turning of a heavy tank when a runaway of one of the horses of the company oecurred.
