There were aboard Mayor Newton on the driver’s seat, sev- eral aldermen, members of the fire insurance board and the re- presentatives of the press. They were guests of Chief McDonald, who is naturally proud of his new machine. It was the trial trip and every one of the guests agreed that the wagon is all right. .It rides without jar over all the rough spots and responds quickly to expert handling.
