JAMES Will Be Put Into Commission on February 15—Can Be Seen Twenty-four Miles The new lighthouse at Cape St. off the Queen Charlotte Islands has been completed and will be put into commission ‘on February 15. The light tower is built on solid concrete. The lan- tern third-order, being a powerful light which can be seen 24 miles at sea. The lighthouse has been under construction for the past year.
