TO WIT:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the Voters of Prince Rupert Electoral Pistrict that in obedfence
to His Majesty's Writ to me directed, and bearing date the twenty-third day of October, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty, I require the presence of the said Voters at the Govern-
ment Office, Prince Rupert, B.C., on the tenth day of November, 1920, at 12 o’clotk noon, for the
purpose of nominating and electing one person to represent them in the Legislature of this Province.

 

 

Phe Gran The candidates shall be nominated in writing; the writing shall be subscribed by tWo re,istered voters of
the district as proposer and seconder, and by ten other registered voters of the said district as assenting to
the nomination, and shall be delivered to the Returning Officer at any time between the date of this
Proclamation and one p.m. of the day of nomination. In the event of poll being necessary, such poll will
