B. ‘Hanna, president of the Canadian ‘National Railways, stated that at the present time the National Railways had 24 vessels on vari- ‘ous routes. On the Pacific coast it was expected the service would be started to South Africa, re- turning by Hong Kong and Singa- pore, Mr. Hanna referred to the cheap freight rates existing in Canada, which were about eight-tenths of a cent per ton per mile, and added that if the Canadian railways were given the rate that existed in South Africa, namely 2.64 cents, it would be possible, on an investment of one and a half bil- lion dollars to pay not only 5% per cent dividends but they would pay 5% per cent on the whole national debt of Canada and on top of this they would have $1060,- 000,000 left with whieh to buy new equipment. Fortunately colds are all very similar and physicians agree on an almost standardized treatment. This standard is represented in Reid's Grip-Fix, a sure-fire treatment for colds and grippe, that has been on the market for the past ten years, and which has brought relief to thousands of tight, fever- ed heads and sniMing noses, The aching limbs and general wretched- ness of grippe quickly respond to Grip-Fix. It has a standing record of relieving a cold in a night and grippe in 36 to 48 hours. Get a box of Grip-Fix to-day. Then you'll be prepared for any kind of weathcr that brings colds. You can get it at 35 cents per box at any drug store.
