J. 3owser, was announced at three o'clock this afternoon. Sir Richard McBride ,who cele- brates his forty-fifth birthday to- retires to London, England, as agent-general for British Co- lumbia. Dr. H. E. Young, minister of education, retires from the cabi- net to become chairman of the British Columbia commission for the returned soldiers. The new cabinet will consist of W. J. Bowser, premier and attor- ney-general; Taylor, minister of education and provin- cial secretary; W. R. Ross, min- ister of forests and lands; Lorne Campbell, Rossland, minister of Cc, E. Tisdail, Vancouver, minister of public works; A. C. Flumerfelt, Victoria, minister of agriculture and finance; William Skeena, president of the day, welfare of Thomas mines; Manson, council.
