Vancouver, Feb. 9.— Filippo Ruggeriero has been arrested on a charge of murdering a Russian named Peter Nikolas, in an affray outside a house on Dunlevy Street early on Thursday morning. The quarrel is supposed to have originated over a woman. Nikolas died from a stab in the abdomen.
