MeRAB, EDITOR AND GENERAL MANAGER HEAD rates on application, Sons and daughters of the British Empire must feel a great pride in the magnifleence of the British navy, which has within a few weeks cleared the seven seas of the enemy and her merchant ships. This, too, has been done practically with- out loss or injury to the Brit- ish navy. Since the coming of the dreadnought age the world has wondered whether the tra- ditions of the prowess and valor of the British navy would uphold in a modern battle.
