The reply came back at once as follows: "The Greater 'Victoria Building Society is a typical terminating building society. It has issued 1200 shares of 8400 each payable $2.50 monthly and issues loans of $1,000 each per share repayable 97.50 monthly, without interest, "The priority of loans is decided by drawings, and four shares is the maximum number any one persorrmay take.
