He has been in active Missionary work' all .his life, first as his father's co-worker in Meanskisht, (The Holy City) on the Skeena River, then with Mr. Duncan In Metlakatla, Alaska, and later under the Methodist Church in Kisplox. In 1932, at the request cf the people of Metlakatla; Alaska, he returned to take' charge of the Metlakatla Christian Church; new known as the Dun can Memorial Church. In 1938 he retired from actlv missionary service, moving with his f amily, to Ketchikan, where he built Ms home. Mere on Sunday he lias charge of the Methodist Chapel Sunday School and during the. week he works as commissary man for the Public Utilities of Ketchikan.
