Designed as they are for ladles, these classes offer constructive recreational periods, in addition to developing strength, agility, and poise. Special men's classes are also included in the Civic Centre's Rup-Rec program and will be held twice weekly. These classes too offer a wide range of activities such as setting up exercises, weight lifting and informal games periods which will provide an opportunity for, business men for relaxation and recreation under trained super-1 vision. Regular men's conditioning classes also have on the agenda in these twice weekly sessions a program of rhythmic fundamental gymnastics and keep fit exercises plus an opportunity, for those desiring it, to participate In tumbling, vaulting, weight lifting, and other activities which utilize heavy gymnastic apparatus. j Regular Leaders' Classes will also be held at which time leaders and advanced gymnasts, men and women, will receive I further training in Instruction-! al methods, class organization, I and teaching technics. These1 classes will also provide opportunity for extra training of gymnasts desiring to perfect and further their ability and will possibly result in the training of one or more gymnastic teams for participation in the province -wide gymnastic com petition to be held by the Pro-Rec next spring.
