Today the final phase of the family's trip to the new home In the north commenced by sailing for Wrangell on the steamer Princess Louise. Mrs. Dykes will teach school at Vank Island. The three sons are all of school age Charles, 11; Claire. 9; Ross, 8. The little girl, Sharon, is three years old. The Dykes also encountered ill- informed Canadian officials at the border who told them there was no road to Prince Rupert. It was the station agent at the entry port of Huntington in the Fraser Valley who told them so.
