Most of the time, he served la tbs Mediterranean, aboard, a destroyer and an aircraft carrier. He was first tyeujenant aboard the destroyer H.M.S. Talypont for a time, then was transferred to the carrier Triumph where he was; a watch officer'. At present the complement of H.U.C.S. Chatham is 25 officers and men. Authorized strength of the establishment is GO. Lieut. Quinn plans a recruiting drive in the near future to Increase the strength tp its authorized number.
