Hamford, of Kndako, a member of the advisory board I o the Department of Agricul ture, addressed the convention and commended the excellent re lations between the Skeena and Rulkley district and the Prince ieorge district which he repre sented, and unsed that co-opera tive activity between the two districts should be encouraged in very possible way by the two! districts assisting each other to solve their problems. There were immense problems to solve in the area, and he felt that it was necessary to keep urging upon the government the necessity of securing to the settlers in Cen tral H.C. the means of living by ncouraging the developing of their natural resources.
