Pattullo, minister of lands, representing the crown, and the Willamette Paper Co. of San Franchco which will result in the development of a Campbell River Falls power scheme at an estimated cost of $15,000,000 within five years including the construction of the first unit of a paper mill turning out two hundred tons of newsprint daily, but which will eventually be increased to one thousand tons per day. Findings VANCOUVER, January 2C The royal commission investigating the administration of the department of customs and excise concluded its British Columbia fittings yesterday.
