The fee for operation Is one-tenth of a cent per passenger mile of travel over class A roads, and one-fifteenth of a cent over class B roads, and passenger miles of travel are to be calculated by taking the maximum seating capacity of each vehicle and multiplying this by the number of miles to be travelled In the month, on the scheduled route for which the license Is Issued.
