After a week of inspiration at the World Federation of Educational Associations Congress in Toronto, thirty school teachers and in spectors from England reached Winni peg yesterday oyer the Canadian National Railways, seeking further inspira tion in a tour of western Canada. They are members of the National Union of Teachers, and are combining an Interest In Canadian methods of education with a desire to see Canada from coa?t to coast. At 630 ajn. yesterday morning the Raymon-Whltcomb special., with the most up-to-date equipment which has ever been in the Prince Rupert yards started for Boston. The train was composed of five of the most modern type of Pullmans of steel structure and finished in walnut. The recreation car with a beautifully polished floor was svallable for dances and moving pictures. A car was also equipped with a gymnatlutn and shower bath.
