Three boats arrived at that port on Wednesday with a total of 6,400 pounds of halibut and 10.000 pounds of rod. On Tuesday, one arrived with 1700 pounds of halibut and 1.000 pounds of cod. Up to the end o! the week, no halibut had been landed at Vanccurer since the opening of the season.
