Song Service There was a special song service by the choir, under the leadership of John E. Davey, at First Presbyterian Church last evening. Mrs. J. A. Teng sang as a vocal solo "My Task"; Mrs. James Waugh sang "He Wipes the Tear From Every Eye," and Mr. Teng sang, "I Heard the Voice of Jesus Say." There was a mixed quartette, "Could Ye Not Watch," by Mrs. James Waugh, Mrs. H. C. Fraser, J. E. Davey and A. Clapperton and a male quartette, "Remember Me, O Mighty One," by J. E. Davey. J. A. Teng. L. F. Smith and A. Clapperton. The anthem, "Hark, Hark My Soul," was sung by the choir with A. Clapperton, Mrs. Waugh and Miss Olive Munro as soloists. A short sermon was given by the pastor, Rey. Thomas McConnell, a large congregation being in attendance. Holy communion was administered by the pastor at the morning service.
