Tragedy has followed in the wake oi the recent bank robbery here. At G a.m. today William Robertson was accidentally shot and killed by his son, Frank, aged 17, while they were guarding the bridge over the Telkwa River at Telkwa in connection with a bank bandit hunt. Robertson was an old soldier and apparently was showing his son how he used to drill in the army. The boy swung the rifle around and accidentally discharged, the bullet glancing off Robertson's arm and entering the stomach just below the heart. The father told the boy to get a doctor. When the doctor and son arrived the man was dead. STOCK QUOTATIONS (Courteajr of S. D. Johnston do. Ltd.) B. C. Silver, Nil. 1.50. Bayview, 21,-, 3. Big Missouri, 1.45, f.47. Cork Province, 10, 11.
