STAFF CAPTAIN OF SALVATION ARRIY IS HEARD AT CITADEL A crowd of almost 400 children packed the Salvation Army citadel yesterday afternoon for a spe elal entertainment which was given by Staff Captain Joseph Acton of Wrangell.
