She for mally joined on Saturday, the only reservation made bv j this country being that the court does not have jUnsdic- i tion over disputes between members of the British Com monwealth of Nations, which members of the British Em pire will settle in their own way. The world court is the first organization of its kind to be established and all the nations joining it agree to abide by its findings without recourse to war. It is another step forward in the peace campaign now being waged . CONGRATULATIONS TO DEAN The first dean of Prince Rupert has been appointed in the person of Rev. J. G.
