Ac- cused arrived in the city about a week ago and from the evidence given by the hotel housekeeper the shirts had been in the closet for months. They were found in a grip in, the aecused’s room. Accused, who testified, alleged at the grip did not belong t her, but was left in her room by another guest at the hotel. The charge was dismissed. The then proceeded to a further charge of havine intoxicating liquor in her being contrary to provisions of the Prohibition Constable Bailey in stated that he had found two bottles of whisky outside’ the vindow of the accused's room, on the roof of the light well.
