In the limerick competition some of the verses are not regular in the number of lables, while other ot even the semblance of a limerick, It is not necessary to explain what a limerick is. The verses already published give the idea. The suggestion is made ' possibly the winning verse 1s not yet handed in. Although of those received are good it is very possible that there may yet be better. It not eost much to try, and no subject of public interest is debarred.
