The case of one of the teachc rs who had had eight years experience, two In California and the rest in British Columbia, but had been credited by the department with only six years, was under discussion. Mrs. Spencer, the chairman, was strongly in favor of the teacher in question beinft given credit for the whole eight years in fixing her salary. Experience was experience no matter where a teacher obtained it, Mrs. Spencer felt. L. W.
