Many ladies called during the afternoon to offer their patron age and the financial result was very satisfactory. Mrs. D. C. Stuart, president of the Ladles' Aid, received the guests. rs. W. M. Brown was in charge of the tea room, assisted by Mrs. Wll-,liam Millar, Mrs. James Captain and Mrs. John Bremner. Mrs. W. J. Fidler and Mrs. C. Q. Ham poured ;and Mrs. Dan Jabour, Mrs. 0. II. Andrew's Anglican Cathedral held a very successful tea and sale of home cooking yesterday afternoon at the home .of Mrs. J. W. Nlcholls, Fourth Avenue West. Many ladies called during the afternoon and a very satisfactory sum was realized. The rooms were prettily decorated for the occasion with mauve and yellow flowers.
