However, it is expected that another tew days will see large numbers of the local boats back with their first catches of the season. The American fleet is still tied up over the dispute between boat owners and fishermen in the matter of what should constitute the "boat's share" and only a few American boats are on the banks, practically all of these few.4 being manned by owners.
