ROBERTSON & ROBERTSON 501 Slslh Avenue Wrst l'hone Blue 937 WILSON IS RE-ELECTED The annual meeting of the Prince Rupert Teachers' Federation was held in the Booth Memorial School last evening. Before proceeding to the election of officers for the ensuing year, the retiring president, J. S. Wilson, reviewed trie splendid achievement of the Federation during the past year. He also pointed out that, as the coming year would probably be a memorable one due to the necessity of dealing with the many adjustments to be made in the profession, there was need fur even greater cooperation than before among the teachers themselves. In no other profession, perhaps, was the necessity for a recognition of "loyalties" so imperative. He stressed loyalty to one's school, to the staff, to the school board, lo the department, and to the Federation. Concluding his remarks witn an appreciation of the support rendered him by the executive and other members, he then threw open the meeting for the election of officers for the 1931-1932 term. The following group romprlsea the officers for the com-ng year's activities: President, J. S. Wilson. Vice-president, Miss E. M. Mercer. Secretary-treasurer, A. Halloran. Executive, Eric Gee, Miss Shlcll, Miss L. Halllwell, D. H. Hartness, md H. Ollllland. Oeographlq representative, J. S. Wilson. Press correspondent, J. W. Plom-mer.
