M. Spencer, the chairman, was the only trustee who had a perfect attendance for the year, it was announced at last night's board meeting by JoIki O. Williamson, secretary. Expenditures for the year totalled $85301.50 including $73,707.95 in salaries and the balance in accounts, Mr. Williamson reported. Since the estimates for the year, had totalled $90,350, there was a ! balance of $4,545.50 on the right side of the ledger for the year's operations.
