Hospital Board Offers to Co-operate hi Matter of Giving Free Treatment to Needy - Indicating its willingness to provide accommodation free for de serving cases, the hospital board at Jlast night's meeting on motion of iW. M. Brown, and Aid. S. D. Mac-'donald, passed a resolution offer-i ing co-operation in a movement designed to rectify the health" situa tion among the school children as ! revealed in the recent report to the 'school board of Dr. R. O. Large, j medical Inspector of schools. Brown, chairman of the finance committee, announced at the meeting of the hospital board last night that, at the recommen dation of Felix Batt, local radio Inspector, condensers had been installed on the hospital ward buzzer system with a view to eliminating radio Interference occasioned thereby. The cost of making the Installation had been but $2.25.
