Both recipients responded appropriately and feelingly. The banquet opened with the honoring of the toast to the King in the usual manner. After full Jus tice had been done by all to the banquet spread, Mr. Tobcy opened the proceedings with a brief address In which he paid tribute both to Mr. Holtby and to Mr. Perry.
