Urces Ca-nadlan Teople to Buy of National Service Issue , During the General Electric broadcast over Canadian radio stations last night an appeal for support of the Canadian national service loan was made by Hon. N. W. Rowell K. C, eminent Canadian barrister. Mr. Rowell declared that the loan should be oversubscribed because the money was required to carry out necessary public undertakings, because the national credit should be fully retained, because Canadians should show the world their confidence In their own country and because it was the best investment possible with excellent earnings and splendid security. "Let the motto be: 'Everyone who can should buy all he can.'" concluded Mr. Kowell.
