Black, decided to ask the commissioner of provincial police to renew the driver's licence of Pasty Mazzei of this city providing Maszel Is able to pass a written examination which is required. The council substituted this motion for one -by Aid. Casey and Aid. Rudderham which would have sought full Information from the government regarding police court convictions against Mazzei which led to the cancellation of his driv er's licence about ayear ago.
