Jan. 18: Special to Dally News The Bs-Ington Concert Band held its annual meeting reeently and the various departments of the band Dre- sented reports which showed that during the past year the band had made splendid progress in all ot its spheres of activity. The treasurer's report on the financial condition of the band, presented by David Spalding, was quite favorable considering the depression.
