L. Buckley and Oiler Besner arrived in the city on the Prince George this morning from Vancouver. Due to improved conditions throughout the country generally, .Mr. Buckley says that prospect for the project are much brighter than ever before and he is now confident that it will go steadily ahead toward fruition.
