WHIFFLETS From the Waterfront Reports persist that the big Canadian National steamer Prince Robert Is to be brought to the local dry dock early next year for a general overhaul preparatory to being placed in commission again next summer in Alaska tourist service. The Prince Robert has been lying In idleness. alongside the Canadian National dock at Vancouver for the past couple of years and is in such shape that overhaul will necessarily be an extensive Job.
