REGULATION TIGHTENING Library Board Discusses Borrowing; Rules Museum Board Riven Space 1 A number of matters of Importance Jn connection with the opera-Uon of the Prince Rupert Public Library were discussed last night at the regular monthly meeting of the library board. Deciding on a tightening up of the borrowing re gulatlons all around, the board left It to the book committee to overhaul the regulations, including the number of books to be allowed per person, and to bring in a draft ol the amended regulations for con-sideraUon at the next meetlna The regulations will then be posted prominently. It was decided to change the hours for children borrowers from 2 to 8 pjn, to 2 to 6 p.m. oat of consideration for adults using library f facilities in the evenings.
