Mr. Warner, who is in town this week In his capacity as nresl dent of the Associated Boards of Trade of Central British Columbia, claims that he is the one and only sunshine maker and, to back un the claim, points to the fact that, since he left Prince Rupert nearly a quarter of a century aeo to make his home In Smlthers, he has been a frequent visitor here foi periods up to as long as eight days and, on no occasion, has there ever been i rain when he has been here. In fact. It is so long since he has experienced rain in Prince Rupert, that he has become quite firmly convinced that it is impossible for it to fall here while he is around.
