FILM BILL EXCELLENT Outstanding Pictures Being Offered At Capitol Theatre During Carnival An outstanding program of moving picture entertainment has been arranged for Carnival Week by the management of the Capitol Theatre here. On Monday and Tuesday "The Scarlet Empress," featuring Mar-lene Dietrich, celebrated German actress, is being presented. On Wednesday and Thursday comes Bing Crosby In "We're Not Dressing," and on Friday and Saturday "Tar-zan and Ills Mate." with Johnny Welsmuller and Maureen O'Sulll-van, is offered. All are very late releases and each Is said to be a big picture. The exceptions are for the best display of garden cut flowers for which one only prize of $10 wtU he given and the best collection of sweet peas for which the prizes will be $3.00 .and $2.00.
