One of these factors Is the decision or the Vancouvei vessel owners to start leaving for he banks today. Another factor is that the market is now believed to be nearing the position where It will be able to absorb a sizeable amount of fresh fish. Then there k also the matter of the Lenten market for fish and, if any advantage ir to be reaped from that, it will be necessary that the boats should be making an early start. The whole situation will he gone Into at a meeting of the Canadian Halibut Vessel Owners to be held tomorrow and It is believed likely that decision will be reached at that meeting on an early departure.
