arranged
a
big
carnival
celebration
for
three
days
commencing
tomorrow.
They
are
giving
their
time
and
energy
in
making

successful
event
and

co-operating
to
make
it
a
big
event
and
to
welcome
the
visitors
to
the
city.
As
explained
in
a
letter-published
recently,
the
boys
make
absolutely
no
profit
from
the
undertaking.
Their
sole
aim
is
to
put
on
a
carnival
that
will
be
a
credit
to
the
city
and
that
will
be
worthy
entertainment
to
the
many
visitors
who
are
expected.
