Dec. 3: (CP) On the. basis of a forty-sixty percent finding of negligence, Hylton A, Tllley oi Prince George is awarded $12,816 damages against John O. Wilson of Prince George under a written judgment handed down in Supreme Court here yesterday by Mr. Justice Harold Robertson. Tilley was rurj. over by Wilson's car on the. Vanderhoof-Prince George highway on June 11 last after Tilley's truck had developed trouble and he was trying, to flag approaching cars during the mak ing of repairs. In this case Tllley stepped off the road to avoid Wilson's car but the latter also werved off to avoid hitting him and- the accident resulted.
