Oliva Dionne will occupy the head of the table at a family Christmas dinner. Of course, Oliva Dionne jr., being only five months old, will be in his crib. Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe, physician to the quintuplets, made the arrangements to briti; the family together all at once for the first time. Blissfully oblivious of what was' awaiting her, Yvonne Lcroux collected the few things she needed In her bag, thermometer, some cottonwool, toothbrush and so on. Perhaps It can be said, that Yvonne JLeroux did not do any more than any other nurse woUld have done. It is ' quite possible that any other nurse who hap pened to be in line; for duty on the Register of Nurses in North Bay would have been as successful as she was in her unpre cedented task. It may be so, but It can never be' proved. For Yvonne Leroux did It. She has the record of her sue cess to back her forever. She has just been replaced in the Dafoe Nursery by Clare Tremblay, exited It has been decided the Dionne :hildien no longer need her care but it should never be forgotten that Yvonne Leioux's untiring labor and her devotion were unde niably one of the most important factors which, outside of Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe, kept the babies alive, of each wave of bluelsh weakness which time and again menaced the lives of the babies.
