MacCallum and Hubert Ward were returning from a hunting trip in the la'tter's boat, Bonanza. Pierce, veteran coast missionary, on behalf of the natlvev of the district, of a unique miniature war cane? as a memento of their visit. In miking the presentation, Mr. Pierce told some interesting anecdotes of early missionary work among the natives in this part of the country. Commis-jsloner. Students' Dance Very Enjoyable Affair Held Friday Night in Oddfellows Hall Was Very Jolly A very enjoyable students' dance was held in the Oddfellows' Hall Friday. Dancing was in progress from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m. and, Just before midnight, delicious refreshments were served by the committee in charge, assisted by Mr. and Mrs. Alex Mitchell who chaperoned the affair.
