This brings the total for the season up to 8,142,200 pounds as compared with 8,034,950 pounds a year ago The Canadian total for this season to date is 4,614,500 pounds in com parison with last year's 3,783,150 pounds while the American aggre gate 13. 3,527,700 pounds as against 4,251,800 pounds last year. A? elsewhere on the coast, prices at Prince Rupert during the week were much firmer in view of the lighter landings. The high price of the week for Canadian fish was 9.5c and 6c which the Toodle received for 8,500 pounds and. the low 7.6c and 6c which the Cape Race received for 2,500 pounds. For American fish the high price of the week was 103c and 7c paid the Betty J. for 17,000 pounds and the low 9c and 7c which the Oceanic received for 11,000 pounds.
