Vol. XXVI., NQ.-65. .A (Special to the Dully News) OTTAWA, March 18: An order-in-council was passed by the federal government yesterday providing for an air mail service from Prince George to Fort St. James, Manson Creek and Takla Landing in the Omineca mining district of British Columbia. In addition to this air mail service, commencing May 29 from Prince George, there will be a service eight times per year from Prince George to Fort McLeod, Finlay Forks and Fort Grahame. The new services will necessitate the opening of post offices at Fort McLeod, Manson Creek and Takla Landing. The mail'service north from Van-derhoof will be increased from once to. three times a week. Olof Hanson, M, P. for Skeena, and J. G. Tur-geon, Cariboo, have been pressing for these air mail developments and also hope to get still further consideration for the northern mining areas.
