ft Prince Rupert ATION Commencing Celebrates " Tomorrow t 'i'i'l' I Third Avenue Tomorrow Never in ".the history of the British Empire has there been preparation for a coronation on scale approaching those which have been made for tomorrow's great event. In every part of the British Commonwealth the people are planning to indicate in no uncertain manner that they appreciate the liberties . vhich they enjoy and that they prefer, the present form of government that "Of any other? yet tried. Doubtless there are weaknesses in the system but this is not the time to discuss' them. If there are weaknesses, they can be strengthened. If there are flaws, they can be mended. For hundreds of years the British constitution has'been building. Mistakes, of course, there have been and will be made. We are still building on the experiences of the past and will continue to build. The outburst of loyalty which will reach its peak tomorrow is a revelation to the world and a lesson to those who would tear down the fabric which it has cost so much to erect. Evidently sentiment is, an irresist-able force when backed by justice and progress, such as is seen in the English speaking countries. , I fie iPrince Rupert FREE ! FREE !
